    there’s supposed to be, but it don’t always work that way. i remember when i was in HS, a one or two year old caught a stray bullet in my friend’s projects and died. then last year one of my friends got shot, and two of his friends [one died, one was paralyzed] who had nothing to do with anything got their lives ruined. neither were gang affiliated or anything, just innocent bystanders. there’s too many muh fuckas who don’t give a fuck running around with guns and something to prove.
